One of the issues i come across frequently in my coaching sessions, are PROCRASTINATION.

In my humble opinion, i think procrastination is a disease many people suffer from. Sometimes myself included.

What i have helped many clients do, is to prioritize their tasks into four categories. I have found that category three and four are done before one and two. When I asked why, The reason i was getting is it's too difficult to do, or i don't have the patience to do them. Yes, the more difficult the task the more concentration is needed. Whatever the excuse, getting them done in a timely fashion will only benefit you depending on your goals.

Work on procrastination, and keeping an eye on the goals and watch what happens.
